URGENT VACANCIES
Work in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk office:
CHIEF QA&QC ENGINEER
Requirements:
Education: Higher education, preferably in construction engineering.
Experience: more than 3 years of experience in the said capacity in the oil and gas industry on Sakhalin I, II projects.
Skills:
- knowledge of pipelines welding issues;
- knowledge of Russian and international procedures, norms and standards in QC;
- experience with normative and technical documentation;
- good in English.
SEIC on shore facilities security upgrade system project
(3-5 months job)
(work will be performed in several places
between LNG, Yuzhno and Nogliki)
WORKING FOREMEN/SUPERVISORS (with electrical background)
Requirements: 3 years of experience as foreman/supervisor responsible for electrical installation and civil work in the field (work will be performed at block valve stations along pipeline).
ELECTRICIANS (low voltage)
Requirements: 3 years of experience in installation of low current electrical and instrumentation equipment for telecommunication and security systems.
METAL FITTERS
Requirements: 3 years of experience with fabrication of ducting and metal boxes for Air conditioning system. Good hands on skills and ability to fabricate metal boxes of up to 3 mm thick stainless steel materials. (Bending, cutting and fixing at outside locations (not in a workshop).
LNG Site in Korsakovsky region, Prigorodnoe (5 days work week)

TURNOVER SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
Education: higher technical education in the oil and gas field
Experience: not less than 10 years of experience in technical maintenance at existing oil and gas projects
Skills: good knowledge of English, allowing to communicate with native speakers
Key responsibilities:
- Planning, organization and carrying out work on technical maintenance of the oil and gas terminal;
- Planning, organization and carrying out work on major repairs of the oil and gas terminal;
- Selection of the required equipment and tools during execution of works;
- Order of the spare details;
- Work with documentation: design drawings, documentation for the equipment, other technical documentation.
PLANNER
Requirements:
Education: higher technical education in the oil and gas field
Experience: 7 years of experience in oil and gas industry in construction, designing, technical maintenance of the sites, including 5 years of experience on a similar position
Skills: good knowledge of English allowing to communicate with native speakers and work with unadapted technical documentation; knowledge of packages SAP, PrimaVera, Microsoft Project
Key responsibilities:
- Carries out work connected with the planning of technical maintenance and refurbishment works;
- Prepares initial data to draft projects of the long-term and annual plans;
- Carries out complex economic analysis of the business activity of the company and its subdivisions, indicates reserves of production and singles out measures to provide the regime of economy, more effective usage of the company resources;
- Controls the correctness of the calculation of the cost-effectiveness of adoption of new techniques and technologies, labor organization;
- Keeps records and control the performance of the plan tasks of the company and its subdivisions;
- Makes periodical reports at a stated time;
- Executes the work connected with the formation, database maintenance and keeping of the planned-economic information, makes changes in the supplemental and regulatory information used during the data processing.
RIGGING & LIFTING SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
Education: secondary or higher technical education, availability of a Certificate of Cargo handling Supervisor.
Experience: not less than 10 years of experience at industrial enterprises or in construction
Skills: knowledge of international and the Russian standards of execution of cargo handling works, good knowledge of English allowing to communicate with native speakers
Key responsibilities:
- Organizing and safety carrying out of cargo handling;
- Planning of cargo handling, flow sheets;
- Preparing permits in the system ISSOW;
- Calculation of the cargo mass, engineering data of the lifting equipment.
INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (QMI)
Requirements:
Education: secondary or higher technical education
Experience: not less than 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry, at explosion- and fire-hazardous facilities
Skills: good knowledge of equipment (analyzers (oxygen, humidity, density, gas), alarm devices, air-gauges, detectors), bus-master technology, experience with Yokogawa, Rosemount, Fieldbus equipment; knowledge of English
Key responsibilities:
- Carries out pre-installation checkups, independent and comprehensive modification of automatic control, adjustment and operating equipment;
- Strictly follows work technology and order of operations;
- In a timely manner carries out technical maintenance and repairs of gas equipment, immediately rectifies faults in case of gas leaking.
