Today, SNGS reached 2,500,000 work hours (2.5 million work hours) with a recordable incident rate of ZERO.
That is magnificent and thanks to all of you, SEIC and our subcontractors.
The Management of SNGS thanks you all for this achievement and your commitment to safe working.
You have demonstrated that teamwork with respect to HSES “works”.
We do need to continue the momentum and assure that this level of safety awareness and implementation will be passed to all of our new employees.
However, the fact that we achieved this, does not mean we are at the HSES level where we want to be.
Our Managers will start changing the weekly HSES meetings and assured me that all of our employees will be active participants during the HSES meetings.

SNGS has a spot award system in place for people who perform outstanding. This system is also to be used for HSES. You are encouraged to report any outstanding HSES achievement to your supervisor, so we can reward our colleagues.
Besides this system, SNGS will include a”raffle” that provides the chance to win some luxury items.
The procedures for this raffle will be disclosed in the near future. Prices in the raffle include “flat screen television, refrigerator, bicycle etc.”.
Those people who meet the required safety performance levels are invited to draw a number and have the chance to win one of these prices.
The intent is to do this twice per year. Your site managers will be receiving the details for this in the near future.
The HSES rewards for all personnel related to the 2,000,000 work hours with a recordable incident rate of ZERO will be issued this week. We apologize for the long delivery period.
However we feel it was worth to wait for this as this will be an interesting tool set for all employees that can be of help in and around your house.
